Ankush has been
with arvato for the last five years, having worked in
arvato’s operations in India and the United States of
America. Ankush was till last year based in Seattle, USA
as Director for Global Accounts where he was managing
the global relationship with one of arvato’s largest
customers, a Fortune 50 technology customer.
With a total experience of over seven years, Ankush has
in-depth know-how in Sales, Project Management & Market
Analysis across different regions and has played a key
role in developing arvato’s offshore call center
network. |

Prior to arvato, Ankush was based in Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia, working with Hewlett Packard’s South-East-Asia
call center operations where his responsibilities included
developing a direct sales strategy for HP in the ANZ
region. His previous stints include sales roles in various
capacities with HCL Technologies and Spectranet.
Ankush holds a management degree from IMI, New Delhi
(offshoot of IMD Lausanne) and is an economics graduate
from Delhi University.
