He has more than seven years of work experience in the business process outsourcing industry and has been with
arvato since 2005. He is a certified black belt and has worked on
multiple assignments in transitions, setting up quality processes, driving six sigma, |

COPC and ISO across departments, identifying new projects and mentoring green and black belt projects to successful completion, handling complex voice and email processes for travel and technical support verticals.
Mritunjoy has setup quality processes for various arvato
centers across the globe. His other assignments have been IBM Daksh and ebookers. |

| Mritunjoy is a Management graduate from Jiwaji University, Gwalior
(India) and a postgraduate in Business Management from EMPI
Business School, New Delhi (India). |
