of manufacturing and converging Internet and communications
industries with a stupendous global device market share. The
mobile phone manufacturing company recently launched a Mobile
Order & Supply Chain Management Solution for communication
intensive companies working in a networked business
environment. This application offers maximum efficiency and
consequently enabling the customer to place orders and access
order related information via their mobile handset.
Our client was in need of a Full Service Provider to take
end-to-end responsibility for running their Mobile Order
Management Service in a seamless manner. This required
providing a centralized management and execution of all
services, research on the current Indian market standards,
maintaining comprehensive client databases, identifying sales
opportunities & finally sign-ups for subscription.

arvato India developed an integrated service workflow for the
client with a Pan India coverage. An Inside Sales team was set up to undertake
tele-sales, pre-sales & field
support activities on behalf of the client. The team provides extensive research on interested customers &
maintains an exhaustive database, identifies opportunity for pitching the product, qualifies such prospects
and finally brings these prospects to a techno commercial sign off. Within a few months the team has developed
a seamless process for running & managing the client’s Mobile Order Management Service. Seeing the success
of the team, the client has gone about in investing additional resources for ramping up existing process &
expanding their reach in the domestic market.
Globally, arvato has a long standing relationship with the
client. We have been providing a host of services to them in
different parts of the world for over 15 years now. For
instance, in China, arvato has been providing Tele-Sales
Services to support the client’s customers & channel
partners. On a pan-European level, arvato provides integrated
logistic support to the client; arvato manages their Central
Repair Services and After Sales Services.
