Arvato Services India has recently opened a new state of the art 550 seat service center in Gurgaon (New Delhi).

The new center is a 55,000 sq. ft facility equipped with 540 seats and the ability to support 1500 employees in a 24X7 environment. The first business to Go Live from this facility has been a technology support program which went live with 25 FTE and is now ramping up to 100 FTEs by end August 2007.


Some of the key highlights of the new center include 24/7power backup, air-conditioning and security (card access system, guards and CCTV cameras).The center has an access-controlled environment with restricted access for server room, storerooms, UPS room and other key areas. There is a dedicated area for the hiring team to conduct interviews and conduct recruitment tests.
