The inception batch of 15 students of the Community
Training Programme successfully passes out. This Training
Programme is a social initiative from arvato & one of its
technology major clients to bring together youth from the
weaker sections of society and provide them access to new
technology and basic computing. The first batch of the
Training Program passed out in October 2008 with all the
students passing the program with flying colours and easily
surpassing the qualification criteria.
“We are encouraged by the ability and skills
demonstrated by these students belonging to modest
backgrounds. Their enthusiasm & willingness to learn is
astounding! Through this program our aim is to narrow
the educational gap in India & empower the youth from
the disadvantaged sections of society by providing them
the necessary impetus for their professional lives
ahead” says Ankush Bhandari, Country Manager, arvato

For this program arvato has successfully partnered with
leading NGOs and educational institutions and have a
dedicated team supporting this initiative. There are
currently 80 students in training and we look forward
to training 500 students within the next 6 to 8 months. |
