This business is to be serviced out of four of our global locations including India. Our client is one of the pioneers in the budget airline industry & today carries more passengers than any other airlines. arvato AG supports the client on Voice, Emails and White mail communication with customers in various European languages namely, English, French, Spanish, German, Italian and Polish serviced out of  Germany, Poland, Morocco and India.  arvato India from its Gurgaon facility currently handles all English email based queries related to  basic customer enquiry, refunds, client products, staff travel etc. arvato India went live with this process July 2008.
